More Program Information

The "Main" screen contains current ESF assignments to meet at minimum the Federal and State of Indiana requirements.

Additional Resources/Setup

Under "Additional Resources" on the "Main Screen" select "Other Resources/Setup" to access additional forms. I believe these are also needed but may not fall into the current "ESF" categories.

The "Program Set-Up" screen provides headers for all the pre-formatted reports and the "MAIN Screen".

"Reports"

Reports by Region

Reports by ESF

Reports - Other

Reports are pre-designed to allow the user to

VIEW TO SCREEN, PRINT or

PRINT TO FILE.

With no programming needed by the user.

"Reports"

Display Emergency Contact information sorted alphabetically by Organization Name or in some cases, such as the "Emergency Services Report for Special Needs". It is sorted by "Region" then "Address".

All reports are formatted the same for ease of use.

Merge Your

Pre-Sorted Data

One of the greatest advantages of this file is its ability to link with other Microsoft products such as Word to build merged letters and labels.

Ver. 1.6 – Release 2.1

By creating a merge document (i.e., Form Letter, Mailing Label or Envelope), and merging it to one of the queries that have already be created for you, you can print multiples of the same item to several agencies at once.

And each one will be customized to that agency.

We are using the Identisys identification system to build our county wide ID card system. All of our responders will be provided helmet tags (where appropriate) and billfold cards. And all the information is merged from the ESFDataBase.
